📦 Processing Time

• Standard orders: Processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

• Custom or embroidered items: May take up to 7–10 business days depending on design complexity and volume.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

• We always aim to beat these timescales and get your items to you as soon as possible!

✏️ Custom Orders & Pre-Orders

• Custom embroidery and printed items are made-to-order. These may take longer to ship depending on design and quantity.

• Pre-order items will include estimated delivery windows in the product description.

• Wholesale sock orders take 4-6 weeks on average.
