Thank you for shopping with Get Socked UK. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
🛍️ Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

Items must be free from damage, odour, or signs of wear

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or email confirmation)
❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Custom or personalised items, including embroidered or printed products

Sale items or clearance products (unless faulty)

Socks that have been worn or tried on for hygiene reasons
If a personalised item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us — we’ll make it right.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange unworn items within 14 days, subject to stock availability. Contact us first to check your item is eligible and reserve your exchange.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service for your return — we can’t guarantee we’ll receive items sent without tracking.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
